I’ve been doing [ecommerce] since 2012, and we also blog and podcast.

Our business was almost eight figures last year and we have 13 full time employees.

So one of the things as we continue to grow was trying to be able to teach our staff how to do SEO, especially our content team. And one of the things I’ve realized is that it just becomes more and more difficult to disseminate information across the team through a brain dump.

Now what happened was something that I was not expecting.
